Customer Agreement

Game of Forex
This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Game of Forex, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assigns ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("Customer," "you," or "your") who registers, opens, and maintains a trading account with us or otherwise uses our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any other documents referenced herein.

2. Account Opening & Verification

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Complete our account registration and identity verification process (KYC/AML)
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any account at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect fraud, non-compliance, or prohibited activity.

3. Customer Representations

• You are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement
• You understand the risks associated with trading Forex and derivatives
• You are not restricted by any law or regulation from using our services
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party

4. Trading Terms

a. Execution

Orders placed through our platform are executed electronically. The Company does not guarantee execution at the price displayed, especially during periods of high volatility or low liquidity.

b. Leverage

The use of leverage magnifies both profits and losses. You acknowledge the risks associated with trading on margin and agree to monitor your positions accordingly.

c. Spreads and Fees

You agree to pay all applicable spreads, commissions, swaps, and fees as disclosed on our website or platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from accounts held in your name. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts and in accordance with our withdrawal policies. The Company reserves the right to request documentation to validate transactions.

6. Account Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

You confirm that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure Statement and agree that trading Forex and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your trading decisions.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Engage in abusive trading practices (scalping, latency arbitrage, etc.)
• Use automated systems or bots without written approval
• Share your account access or act on behalf of another person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach this Agreement or any policies
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required by law or regulatory authority

You may also request account closure at any time, subject to verification and settlement of any outstanding positions or obligations.

10. Liability Limitation

• Losses or damages arising from market volatility or trading decisions
• Downtime, interruptions, or errors in the trading platform
• Unauthorized access resulting from your negligence

11. Communication

You consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, platform notifications, or other electronic means for the purposes of account management, trade alerts, marketing (if opted-in), and compliance notices.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the related policies and disclosures, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
